Listing Fees
We charge a $7 fee for listing creator profiles and a $25.99 fee for businesses and brands to access our platform. These fees help us maintain the quality and functionality of our platform.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our platform effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Service Disruption:
If our platform experiences significant service disruptions that impact your ability to use the services you paid for, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Incorrect Billing:
If you believe you were incorrectly billed or charged more than the specified fee, please contact us for a review and potential refund.


Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

1. Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind after purchasing a listing or access fee, we do not offer refunds.

2. Misuse of Platform:
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Partial Usage:
If you have used our platform partially and decide to cancel, we do not offer partial refunds.


How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Review Process: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. We aim to process all refund requests within 7-10 business days.

Approval or Denial: You will receive an email notification about the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
